Located in the pocket neighborhood of Martinez in Buenos Aires, this apartment remodel project was focused on creating a cohesive and versatile living environment. The design aimed to seamlessly integrate the spaces, promoting flexibility while maintaining a sense of spatial unity for both the residence and home office. A key highlight of the project is the expansive terrace, thoughtfully designed to serve as an inviting space for leisure and entertaining, offering stunning views of the city.
The project was designed and executed by TREA, an Argentine architecture studio led by Belen Anaya, Lucila Fernandez Mosquera, and Josefina Ceppi Perdriel, in collaboration with RONDA ARQ., another renowned architecture studio from Argentina.
