Just steps from the iconic Dolores Park in San Francisco, this charming Victorian home featured a 99-square-foot sloped-ceiling room yearning for transformation. The goal: a stylish home office by day and a cozy guest retreat by night.

Rich, saturated hues paired with floral wallpaper and thoughtful built-in details gave this space a distinct character. Custom side tables, painted in the same verdigris tone as the surrounding millwork, framed a burgundy velvet sleeper, while mustard wall sconces added a warm wink.

Delicate custom wall shelves, finished in verdigris and set against the floral backdrop, provided a seamless blend of function and charm for office essentials. A geometric rug introduced a modern counterbalance to the wallpaper’s organic pattern, while high-gloss trim and thick moldings elevated the space, turning this compact room into a vibrant interplay of color, texture, and timeless elegance.
