This breathtaking 2.5-acre lot, situated on the outskirts of Buenos Aires and home to a rustic modern weekend retreat, served as the perfect canvas for a natural landscape design. Native grasses, roughs, and indigenous plants were thoughtfully selected to harmonize with the environment, breathing life into the landscape and creating a seamless connection with the surrounding area.
The design was carefully tailored to the owner’s lifestyle. The entrance, with its floating steps and sculptures, was crafted as a space for pause, tranquility, and contemplation, while other areas were dedicated to children's play.
Curves were elegantly incorporated as the central design element, guiding the natural flow of the landscape and anchoring the house within its setting.
Winding paths weave through beds of tall plants, leading to hidden enclaves within the garden. These secluded spaces, initially concealed from view, reveal themselves as delightful discoveries, each offering a unique, almost mystical atmosphere, as if exploring a series of enchanting sub-worlds within the larger landscape.
This project was designed by Belen Anaya, Florencia Loubes and Magdalena Ruiz Guiñazu.
